As of April 23, Five Stations Are Not Operating
In order to support the Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) implemented by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) will exclude services for two more stations, namely Istora Mandiri Station and Setiabudi Astra. This rule will take effect on Thursday, April 23, 2020. The removal of services at the station had previously been carried out on Monday, 20 April 2020 at three stations, namely Haji Nawi Station, Block A, and ASEAN.
The omission of services includes the closure of stations for service users and the ratangga will not stop at the station so that there are only eight operating stations, namely Lebak Bulus Grab, Fatmawati, Cipete Raya, Blok M BCA, Senayan, Bendungan Hilir, Dukuh Atas BNI, and HI Roundabout. Communities can use the Transjakarta bus service corridor 1V that operates on the same line as the non-operating station.
In addition to the closure of the station, PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) has also implemented a number of rules relating to the use of services during this pandemic. The rules include operating hours starting at 06:00 WIB and ending at 18.00 WIB, the number of passengers is limited to a maximum of 60 people per train (360 people per series), and an interval of departure every 30 minutes.

PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) Director of Operation and Maintenance Muhammad Effendi conveyed this policy as part of supporting PSBB which was implemented during the pandemic. "Starting Thursday, April 23, 2020 tomorrow, two stations will be closed, namely Istora Mandiri Station and Setiabudi. Ratangga also will not stop at these two stations, "he said. During the pandemic, the number of daily users of the Jakarta MRT services declined by 90 percent. After the closure of the three previous stations on Monday, April 20, only ‘was recorded; 4 thousands of people use the Jakarta MRT service (Monday, 20 April 2020 around 4,961 people and Tuesday, 21 April 2020 around 4,351 people).
